UNITED KINGDOM 129
The High Court held that, following the designation by the ICC of a Canadian seat in the arbitration commenced by the present defendants, it no longer had jurisdiction to continue the interim anti-suit injunctions it had earlier ordered in respect of Liberian court proceedings. This, the Court held, was now a matter for the Canadian courts.
