NYAC I

Also available is Albert Jan van den Berg's 1981 publication, 'The New York Arbitration Convention of 1958. Towards a Uniform Judicial Interpretation' . As a second edition of this book is being prepared, the 1981 edition is referred to as "NYAC I". The text of the 1981 publication can be accessed on the NYAC I page. Also, more information on the The Commentary on Court Decisions on the New York Convention by Albert Jan van den Berg ("Commentary"), which appears regularly in the Yearbook Commercial Arbitration can be found on the Commentary page.

ICCA Guide
