The Court of Cassation granted the appeal against the decision granting enforcement of an ICC award. It explained that an award should be certified by arbitral institution which issued it, as well as by the diplomatic authorities in the country of rendition. The first-instance court had merely stated that the award was duly certified, without examining and rejecting the appellant’s argument that it was not.
