Jurisdiction Singapore
Summary

The Court held that, although the appellant had challenged the tribunal’s jurisdiction to decide on the merits of the dispute, and a decision on that challenge was still pending, he had not raised the same objections in respect of the tribunal’s jurisdiction to decide on an application for interim relief. The provisional award rendered in that application could therefore be recognized and enforced.
