In a very short decision, the Court of Appeal of Den Bosch granted recognition and enforcement of an award rendered in the United Kingdom. Although no original arbitration agreement was supplied to the Court, it appeared from an email of the defendant to the arbitrator that the defendant had been aware of the arbitration and accepted it.
