Publications

A great number of publications have been written on the New York Convention. On the bibliography page a list of a selection of those publications is provided, divided into books and articles.

The New York Arbitration Convention of 1958. Towards a Uniform Judicial Interpretation, published by Albert Jan van den Berg in 1981.  As a second edition of this book is being prepared, the 1981 edition is referred to as "NYAC I."
